Salford Watersports Centre are hosting a number of First Aid Courses in 2012.
At Salford Watersports Centre, we are able to offer a range of first aid courses to suit your needs. You can attend our scheduled course dates, or if there is a group of you from a club, workplace or organisation we can run a course on dates to suit you. We can even discuss the possibility of running a course at your location. All first aid courses run at our centre include a manual and lunch.
Aquatic first aid (eight hours): Price £55
This course ideal for any watersportsor outdoor enthusiast. Our ‘aquatic first aid’ courses differ from your normal first aid course in that it teaches you how to deal with incidents in the environment that we operate in, rather than just in an office environment.
Our eight hour courses are recognised by most of the national governing bodies in the watersports and outdoor industry to go along side their instructor, coaching and leadership qualifications. The courses are ideal for instructors, potential instructors, club members or people who simply take part in the sport on their own.

First aid at work: Price £205
This is a three day comprehensive course covering all aspects of first aid that might arise in the work place. If you are in the Manchester area, we can come to you and run the course if you have a suitable venue and enough people. We offer a 10% discount for bookings of nine or more people. The course includes a certificate and manual. It also includes lunch and refreshments if the course is run at our location.
All courses run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday unless stated otherwise.

First aid at work renewal: Price £103
If your first aid at work certificate is coming up to its three years expiry date, then this two-day course will revalidate the certificate for a further three years as long as your original certificate is still in date. This will save you having to take the full three day course again.
